The Homeowners’ Solar Rights Act to prohibit governing entities of;
Homeowners’ Associations, Common Interest Community Associations, or Condominium Unit Owners’ Associations which prohibit or have the effect of prohibiting the installation of a solar energy system to be expressly prohibited.
